Located just outside the town of Millinocket is our 36 acre Penobscot River Outpost. From this spacious new facility we offer single and multi-day river trips on Maine's most adventurous and only true Class V river, The Penobscot.
This Home of Serious Fun also has many great amenities to offer. Comfortable Lodging in our unique Yurts, Cabin Tents, and of course good old fashioned camping. Newly constructed only 4 years ago this modern and clean facility is also home to The Boatman's Bar and Grill, offering the best food and nightlife in the Millinocket Area. You can enjoy the great live entertainment, nightly bonfires, the hot tub and our excited, friendly Three Rivers Crew that our guests come to know and love. This is a place where you pack your vacation or weekend getaway with the ultimate in adrenaline rushes. Rafting, Skydiving, Mountain Climbing, or Dancing till it hurts is all possible at our Penobscot Outpost.
Camping Pitch your tent on one of our good-sized, clean sites. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring for your use while staying with us. $9.00 pp**
Platform Cabin Tents These walk-in cabin tents provide a comfortable wilderness accommodation with cots, mattresses and bed linens. All you need is your sleeping bag! These sites are also equipped with picnic tables and fire rings. We call it camping with a bed!!-$18.00 pp**

Yurt Lodging
Our yurts have become famous for comfortable sleeping among the stars. The yurts come complete with a bath and shower for those who want to sleep in comfort. The neatest feature of the yurts are the plexiglass domes, which allow you to lie in bed gazing at the stars above.
